Samsung Electronics has struck a deal with Major Cineplex at a complex in Bangkok for the installation of their LED cinema screen, the first outside of Korea.
As the first HDR LED screen in the world to achieve Digital Cinema Initiative compliance the installation in Bangkok stretches to 10.3 metres with a 4K resolution it is expected that additional Samsung kit will be installed throughout the Thailand cinema chain as it renovates several of its other sites.
